Jeff Cox

Jeff Cox serves as executive managing director of Commercial Investment Sales at Northmarq, based in the firm’s Austin, Texas office. He leads Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales business, which was launched in 2022 following the company’s acquisition of Stan Johnson Company. Under Jeff’s leadership, the Commercial Investment Sales platform has grown to more than 100 brokers who provide investment sales advisory services and work closely with Northmarq’s Debt + Equity producers to deliver innovative capital solutions for clients.

Jeff also serves on Northmarq’s Executive Committee.

Before joining Northmarq, Jeff held several leadership roles at Stan Johnson Company, a national leader in net lease investment sales. He was the firm’s first chief operating officer and later managing partner and sales leader for the East region. Earlier in his career, Jeff was a senior managing director and alliance director within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division, where he led the company’s largest healthcare relationship. Prior to CBRE, he was a partner at Trammell Crow Company in Dallas and a development manager for Disney Development Company — the real estate development arm of The Walt Disney Company.

Jeff holds a finance degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
