Heather Anderson

Heather Anderson serves as chief technology officer at Northmarq, spearheading the company’s enterprise-wide digital transformation. Her leadership spans application development, cloud strategy, data architecture, cybersecurity and business process integration. A seasoned IT executive, Heather is known for aligning technology innovation with strategic business goals to deliver measurable impact.

Since joining Northmarq in 2020, Heather has advanced from vice president of Application Services to CTO, driving modernization across the organization. Her career includes technology leadership roles in financial services at TCF Bank and US Bank, healthcare at vRad and Mednet Solutions, and consumer-packaged goods at General Mills.

With more than two decades of progressive experience, Heather began her journey as a software engineer and evolved into a transformational leader recognized for building high-performing, agile teams that champion customer-centric solutions.

Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, graduating cum laude from St. Cloud State University, and holds an MBA in international business from Indiana Wesleyan University. She resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband and two children.
