Jen Weissberg

Jen Weissberg, senior vice president and director of Operations and Business Transformation, overseeing loan onboarding and processing, compliance, investor accounting, cash processing, investor reporting, escrow, administration, business transformation and system support teams.

Jen joined Northmarq in 2015 as a loan portfolio analyst and has since served as associate loan portfolio manager (2017), loan portfolio manager (2018), senior manager of digital process transformation (2021) and director of Servicing business transformation (2021). She moved into her current role in 2024.

Prior to Northmarq, Jen spent six years in community banking. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University. Jen is the 2020 recipient of Northmarq’s Karen Pribnow Award for Outstanding Leadership.
