MINNEAPOLIS (June 25, 2026) — Northmarq’s Capital Markets President Jeff Erxleben today announced the formation of its Capital Markets Executive Leadership Team, bringing together five highly-respected industry leaders whose experience, vision and collaborative leadership will help guide the next chapter of growth for the firm's national Investment Sales (IS) and Debt + Equity businesses. The team includes:

  • Jeff Cox: Executive vice president / executive managing director (EVP/EMD), Commercial IS (Austin, TX).
  • Andrea Howard: Promoted to EVP/EMD, Multifamily IS (Charlotte).
  • Patrick Minea: EVP/EMD, Debt + Equity (Minneapolis).
  • Vince Norris: Promoted to EVP/EMD, Multifamily IS (Los Angeles).
  • Faron Thompson: Promoted to EVP/EMD, Debt + Equity (Atlanta).

Together, these leaders represent decades of commercial real estate market expertise and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the country. Effective immediately, they will lead the strategic direction, performance and growth of their respective business lines, working directly with Erxleben, who was named president of capital markets on May 19. At the same time, they will continue to work with their respective teams and clients and serve as primary contacts across their territories.

“With their collective industry experience and proven leadership, this team will help strengthen how we deliver for our clients, bringing greater alignment, broad national expertise, and a more seamless experience across our service offerings,” said Erxleben. “Working alongside their national teams, they’ll deliver fully integrated solutions and expert guidance across debt, equity and investment sales — with a continued focus on driving successful outcomes for our clients.”

This unified leadership approach reinforces Northmarq’s commitment to accelerating innovation, enhancing service delivery, and creating greater value for property owners and investors nationwide. The new structure enables each business line to focus on its specific market dynamics while benefiting from the full strength of Northmarq’s integrated platform.
