About Amy

Amy Moyer is managing director of Operations and is based in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. She oversees all Sales Operations and manages a team of over 100 people. Amy is passionate about creating a platform that fully supports the needs of the sales team, allowing brokers and producers to focus on what they do best. She is responsible for oversight of a national research department that produces market-leading research reports for our clients, as well as providing strong platform support for the recruitment, onboarding, development and on-going support of all Investment Sales brokers and staff. She also oversees the company’s data team, ensuring brokers and producers have real-time access to critical sales data in our proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) system. 

Additionally, Amy oversees office real estate and leasing for the company and is responsible for the growth of Northmarq’s proprietary sales support services model, which provides best-in-class listing and transaction execution on behalf of Northmarq’s clients.

Prior to her role as managing director of Investment Sales Operations at Northmarq, Amy spent almost 20 years at Stan Johnson Company (SJC), most recently serving as managing partner of operations (COO). Following Northmarq’s acquisition of SJC in 2022, Amy led the integration of SJC’s Commercial Investment Sales business line at the company.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Amy served as the HR director for a non-profit organization. Additionally, she previously oversaw benefit plan administration for her clients in the real estate industry while working for SCGroup, Inc.

Amy graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with her B.S. in business administration. She is currently a member of NAIOP and CREW.
