About Brandon

Brandon Harrington joined Northmarq in May 2020 and serves as managing director of Multifamily and Build-to-Rent (BTR) Debt + Equity based in Phoenix. He provides tailored capital solutions for entrepreneurial and institutional investors, specializing in originating and structuring debt and equity for acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations of apartment and BTR communities nationwide.

Widely recognized as a leader in the BTR debt and equity space, Brandon has closed more than $700 million in BTR financing over the past few years. This experience, combined with his extensive multifamily track record, positions him at the forefront of two of the most active segments in housing finance.

By leveraging Northmarq’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD platforms, along with banks, CMBS, debt funds, equity partners, and the firm’s leading life company network, Brandon and his team consistently deliver the most competitive capital to align with client business plans and maximize returns.

Since joining Northmarq, Brandon’s team has closed over $4 billion in multifamily and BTR financing by combining customized execution with unmatched client service.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Brandon held similar leadership roles at JLL, Walker & Dunlop, and Cohen Financial.
