Michael Marsolais
Michael Marsolais serves as a vice president in Northmarq’s Phoenix regional office, focused on the origination of debt and equity for owners of commercial and multifamily real estate. Michael and his team utilize Northmarq’s direct agency platforms (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD) together with established relationships across commercial banks, credit unions, debt funds, Wall Street conduit lenders, and real estate private equity investors to structure financing solutions across the full capital stack, including senior and mezzanine debt, as well as preferred and common equity.
Michael began his career at Northmarq as an Investment Sales intern on the firm’s National Manufactured Housing Team, completing his first community sale while still enrolled in school. After transitioning to debt and equity, he quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the youngest originators in the firm’s history. Michael continues to serve on Northmarq’s Manufactured Housing Team, providing tailored financing solutions for both private capital and institutional owners of manufactured housing communities and RV resorts across the United States.
Michael is a graduate of Arizona State University where he completed his bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, with concentrations in applied business data analytics and organizational leadership. He holds an active real estate license in the state of Arizona.
