Northmarq’s Phoenix office arranges debt and equity for townhome development in Chandler, AZ

PHOENIX (Feb. 11, 2025) — Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team led by Brandon Harrington, Tyler Woodard and Alex Horsman secured the construction financing with a regional bank for  best-in-class townhome developer Porter Kyle. The private equity JV partner filled the remaining capital stack as a limited partner.

The project, set to break ground in this month, is a 100-unit townhome development located at 1535 N. Dobson Rd. in Chandler, Arizona. The project consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each with their own direct access two car garage and private yard. The fully amenitized gated community will offer a clubhouse with coworking space, private conference room, fitness center, resort-style pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQs. The community will also offer a separate children’s play area, dog park and a trail system with benches to provide walkability throughout the community.
