Erik Dickerson

Erik Dickerson serves as vice president in Northmarq’s Phoenix office where he focuses on the origination and structuring of debt financing for private clients and developers, spearheading the office’s growth in the retail sector. Having advised clients on transactions across more than 30 states, Erik brings an acute understanding of which capital sources are best suited to meet his clients’ evolving financing needs.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Erik was with Tower Capital where he was primarily responsible for underwriting and executing debt financings, with a focus on retail properties nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has assisted in the placement of over $360 million across 37 financings.

Erik is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks. He is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he was a three-year letterman on the university’s football team.
