Alex Quenzler

Alex Quenzler is a vice president in Northmarq's Phoenix office and leads the firm's National Manufactured Housing Specialty Group. He specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Parks across the United States, working with private investors, institutional owners, and developers on acquisitions, refinances, recapitalizations, and new development.

Since entering commercial real estate in 2014, Alex has established himself as a dedicated financing specialist within the manufactured housing sector. He has extensive experience sourcing capital through Northmarq's direct agency capabilities, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks, credit unions, debt funds, and other institutional capital providers. 

Alex earned his bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is an active member of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona (MHCA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), CCIM Institute, and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, and playing golf.
