MINNEAPOLIS (Oct. 6, 2026) — GlobeSt. has named Northmarq’s Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales team as a 2026 Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate, recognizing the team for its leadership, impact and influence within the multifamily real estate sector.
Led by Regional Managing Director Chris Doerr, the 11-member team includes Managing Director Lizann McGowan; Senior Vice President Will Harvey; Senior Associate Anthony Pino; Associates Alix Curtin, Bryan Chesky, Jamie Grant and Shack Stanwick; Lead Transaction Manager Meg Carter and Analysts Wallace Halpert and Devon Clark.
Together, the team advises sellers, developers, institutions, family offices and affordable housing organizations on the acquisition, disposition, capitalization and strategic positioning of multifamily and land assets throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Leveraging Northmarq's integrated investment sales, debt and equity placement, loan servicing and research platform, the team provides valuation, market analysis, capital markets guidance, marketing strategy, buyer sourcing, negotiation and execution services. This approach allows clients to evaluate opportunities, maximize value and navigate complex multifamily and land transactions across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Over the past three years, the team has advised on over $1.2 billion in multifamily and land transactions, solidifying its position as a leading multifamily advisory group throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Notable transactions include:
- Scotts Run in Tysons, Virginia: the first high-rise, market-rate for-rent multifamily land sale in the submarket in more than four years, brokered by Will Harvey, Shack Stanwick, Chris Doerr and Anthony Pino.
- Ascend Rippon in Prince William County, Virginia: the county’s first new construction institutional multifamily sale in over five years, brokered by Chris Doerr.

They also reflect the group's ability to guide clients through a wide range of investment strategies and market conditions while delivering long-term value.
