Bryan Chesky

Bryan Chesky is an Associate Broker with Northmarq’s Philadelphia Multifamily Investment Sales team. He is responsible for supporting the team’s transaction and business development efforts for dispositions and recapitalizations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. This includes underwriting, market research, due diligence and relationship management.

Prior to joining Northmarq in 2026, Bryan spent seven years at Universal Music Group where he served as Senior Manager of financial planning and analysis for their Famehouse division. There, his focus centered on forecasting and profitability analyses within the ecommerce, licensing, and digital marketing spaces. Bryan also maintained working relationships with third-party clients and presented performance reporting for artists’ global ecommerce sales.

Prior to his tenure at Universal, Bryan was an analyst for Merit Real Estate Services, Inc. where he supported appraisal efforts for a range of commercial property types, including multifamily, office, and industrial.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University where he majored in finance, and minored in English, and received a Real Estate Analysis & Development Certificate. During his time at Penn State, he was a starting and relief pitcher for the PSU Baseball Club which won the 2018 NCBA Division 1 National Championship. Bryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multihousing Council.
