Jamie Grant

Jamie Grant is an associate on Northmarq’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales team based in Baltimore. He focuses on secondary and tertiary markets across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Jamie supports the team’s regional transaction efforts through underwriting, market research, and client outreach, providing analytical and operational support in all phases of the investment sales process. 

Jamie graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration dual majoring in finance and commercial real estate, earning cum laude honors. He also earned his MBA from Lynn University with a specialization in financial valuation and investment management. At both Marquette and Lynn, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
