Vikaas Patni

Vikaas Patni is a senior associate in Northmarq’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Vikaas is a member of Daniel Herrold’s team and specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net lease properties and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the United States. He brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate with diverse skills and a consultative, client-focused approach to guiding clients throughout the transaction’s lifecycle.

Before Northmarq, Vikaas served as vice president of Brokerage Services at Lee & Associates’ Cincinnati office for three and a half years, achieving top producer status in 2021. Prior to Lee & Associates, Vikaas held leadership positions at Phillips Edison & Co. and Meridian Realty Capital.

Vikaas holds an MBA from Miami University and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India.

Vikaas is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and active volunteer of the Jain Center of Cincinnati & Dayton. Vikaas is an Ohio licensed real estate salesperson.
