Chase Gardner

Chase Gardner is an associate vice president in Northmarq’s Austin office, where he advises corporate owner-users and private equity sponsors on sale-leasebacks, restructurings, and dispositions, with a primary focus on industrial properties throughout Texas.

Chase is also a member of Northmarq’s National Development Services team, advising developers on site selection, structured capital solutions, recapitalizations, and disposition strategies.

Since 2020, Chase has been involved in more than $500 million of transaction volume across industrial, multifamily, and development site transactions nationally. Prior to joining Northmarq, he was with Ascension Advisory, where he advised corporate owner-users and private equity firms on sale-leasebacks and strategic real estate dispositions. Earlier in his career, Chase focused on multifamily investment sales in Los Angeles and received his firm’s Sales Recognition Award in 2022.

Chase is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge.
