Chase Gardner focuses on establishing and maintaining client relationships with developers, through site selection, providing structured capital services, and the recapitalization or disposition of their project. Chase is well versed in conventional multifamily, BTR (build-to-rent), and LIHTC development, with a keen interest in identifying covered land for redevelopment.
Prior to Northmarq, Chase focused on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets at James Capital Advisors and specialized in the West Adams and Baldwin Village submarkets of Los Angeles.
Chase is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of Austin, and is a graduate of the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics at CSUN. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics.
