William Baugher

William Baugher is a vice president on Northmarq’s National Development Services (NDS) team. Based in Baltimore, William is focused on leading and bringing his expertise to land and development delas in the Mid-Atlantic region. He also assisted in launching and supports Northmarq’s YieldBoost service line, a supply-chain management and direct manufacturer construction materials consulting practice.

Before Northmarq, Will spent seven years with Howard Hughes Holdings, where he led investments and development for the Merriweather District’s 14 MSF mixed-use master plan surrounding Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. In that role, he focused on market & investment feasibility, entitlements, site and neighborhood design and strategy, underwriting & project board approvals, and development execution cradle to grave including leasing. Will also spent time with Monday Properties, Clarion Partners and Beckham Gumbin Ventures in a variety of capacities including acquisitions, deal structuring, development, investment management, dispositions, leasing and finance across office, healthcare, multifamily, single-family, industrial, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, specialty projects and infrastructure product types.

 William earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Washington & Lee University, and he holds a Master of Science degree in real estate from Johns Hopkins University. In his free time, Will plays platform tennis and coaches youth basketball and lacrosse with Lutherville-Timonium Recreation.
