Ian O'Mahony

Ian O’Mahony is an associate on Northmarq’s National Development Services (NDS) team based in Austin, Texas. He specializes in partnering with developers and owners nationally through site selection, highest and best use analysis, structured capital, and dispositions of their assets. Ian joined Northmarq as a senior development analyst where he was responsible for underwriting over $4 billion worth of development and investment sale value. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Ian held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE in their New York offices focused on corporate real estate, where he advised occupiers on their office, industrial, and retail requirements nationally. His deal experience includes leases in One World Trade Center and The Empire State Building.

Ian earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Albany, and he received his master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
