About Sean
Sean Tufts is a managing director in Northmarq’s Seattle office. Sean has over 20 years of experience in retail and shopping center sales in the Northwest with a focus on private and institutional clients as well as developers. He has been named a top retail investment broker in Washington State annually and was named a CoStar Power Broker most recently in 2022.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Sean was a managing partner and owner of CPX, LLC, where he opened the Seattle office in 2011. Since then, he has worked with a diverse clientele of developers, value add investors, funds, REITs and high-net-worth family offices.
Sean holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Washington. He was named a 2023 Top Sales Broker by CoStar.
