HILLSBORO, Ore. — Northmarq’s Pacific Northwest Commercial Investment Sales team led by Kevin Adatto, Sean Tufts and Joe Dugoni successfully completed the $77.5 million sale of Tanasbourne Village, a 206,691-sq.-ft. anchored shopping center located at 2485 NW 185th Ave. in Hillsboro, Oregon.

"Tanasbourne Village stands as one of the premier shopping centers in the Portland MSA, having a unique dual-grocer,” Adatto said. “Opportunities of this caliber are exceedingly rare across the Pacific Northwest. We are proud to have played a role in this successful outcome and greatly appreciate the collective efforts that brought it to completion.”

Built in 1980 and sitting on 19.81 acres, Tanasbourne Village is anchored by two high-performing and complementary grocery stores in Safeway and Trader Joe’s. Both drive significant traffic to the center and pull from a 20-plus minute drive-time radius.

Tanasbourne Village boasts a location with roughly 300,000 residents within a five-mile radius. Its placement at the intersection of NW 185th Ave. and NE Evergreen Pkwy averages more than 55,000 vehicles per day.
