Jack Hallberg

Jack Hallberg is an associate on Northmarq's Pacific Northwest Investment Sales team, where he specializes in the valuation, disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant (MT) retail properties throughout the region. He represents a diverse client base that includes public and private institutional investment firms, development groups, family offices and high net-worth individuals on transactions across Washington, Oregon and Idaho. His focus spans strip centers, single-tenant (ST) triple net lease (NNN) assets, ground leases and grocery-anchored centers, with particular depth in the secondary and tertiary markets that drive much of the region's private capital activity.

Jack began his commercial real estate career at Northmarq, joining the firm as a part-time intern during his final year at the University of Washington, where he supported the Seattle IS retail team with underwriting and market research. Following his graduation, he was promoted to a full-time analyst role, personally underwriting more than $250 million of commercial assets across the Pacific Northwest. In January 2026, Jack was promoted to associate broker, taking on a direct role in client engagement, valuation assignments and the execution of disposition and acquisition mandates.

Jack holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
