Northmarq shines bright at ICSC Las Vegas 2025
With more than 25,000 in attendance, Northmarq was front and center at ICSC Las Vegas 2025, the annual premier event for industry experts in commercial real estate. Northmarq’s eye-catching space was home to more than 70 team members who hosted hundreds of client meetings, participated in several media interviews, and forged valuable new connections while deepening existing relationships.
Ryan Roedersheimer, senior vice president of Commercial Investment Sales and co-leader of Northmarq’s National Shopping Center Group, described this year’s event as a clear shift in tone from 2024.
“Compared to last year’s hopeful optimism, this year felt like we’re truly beginning to climb out of the muck and mire,” Roedersheimer said. “There may not be a light at the end of the tunnel just yet, but you can sense it’s right around the corner.”
Roedersheimer also noted a subtle cooling among retailers after years of rapid growth but emphasized confidence in the sector’s fundamentals.
“I’m not concerned about the health of retail, if anything, we’re seeing a moment of recalibration after an extended sprint,” he said. “Once the dust settles around macro uncertainty, the stage is set for historic movement.”
Northmarq experts attracted media attention from multiple leading industry publications, offering insights on commercial real estate trends and market outlooks shaping the remainder of 2025.
