About Garrett
Garrett Wildermuth is an associate on Northmarq’s National Development Services (NDS) team based in Phoenix with a precise focus on the Arizona market. He focuses on identifying development opportunities through site selection and maintaining relationships with developers.
Prior to Northmarq, Garrett worked in acquisitions at a family office with a focus of acquiring net lease retail, industrial, medical office properties across the United States. He also originated loans for a hard money lender, specializing in SFR properties nationwide while obtaining his degree.
Garrett is a graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in business and international trade.
