Northmarq’s San Antonio office arranges sale of The Quarter Apartments in Alamo Heights

SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 3, 2025) — Northmarq’s San Antonio Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Bryan VanCura, Moses Siller, Leah Eaglin and Isabelle Spjut Hansebo successfully brokered the sale of a 46-unit multifamily community in San Antonio’s highly sought-after submarket of Alamo Heights. The Quarter Apartments was built in 1970 and has been institutionally managed and owned.
Northmarq represented the seller. The buyer was a private investor looking to grow their existing portfolio in San Antonio.
“The Quarter represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to own one of the few multifamily assets in the coveted Alamo Heights neighborhood of San Antonio,” said VanCura.
Located at 1779 Nacogdoches Road, The Quarter has undergone exterior improvements and leisure space upgrades. The sale is part of a four-property portfolio, which includes The Herwick, The Arches and Birchleaf Apartments in the North Central submarket.
