SAN ANTONIO — Northmarq’s Central Texas Multifamily Investment Sales team brokered the sale of Oak Creek garden apartments in San Antonio, Texas. Built in 1975, the multifamily community features 140 units.

The team — led by Moses Siller, Bryan VanCura, Benoit Rochard, Hayden Schnieders, Jordan Vaughn, Will Collier, Leah Eaglin and Isabelle Spjut Hansebo — represented the seller.

“Oak Creek represents a well-located asset in a supply-protected pocket of San Antonio,” said Siller. “Our team worked closely with the seller and lender to provide the right opportunity to the market. The seller’s previous capital improvements will be an advantage for the buyer. By working with all parties involved and being solution-oriented, we were able to overcome the challenges at the finish line."

Located at 6111 Vance Jackson Road, Oak Creek offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 690 to 1,400 square feet. The pet-friendly community boasts a pool, playground and laundry facility, as well as a convenient location just east of Interstate 10 and 10 miles northwest of Downtown San Antonio.
