Northmarq’s San Antonio office brokers sale of three-property portfolio in North Central submarket

SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 3, 2025) — Northmarq’s San Antonio Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Bryan VanCura, Moses Siller, Leah Eaglin and Isabelle Spjut Hansebo successfully brokered the sale of The Arches, Birchleaf and The Herweck Apartments. The three-property portfolio totals 152 units and benefits from the thriving community of the North Central submarket.

The North Central Portfolio includes:

• The Arches | 60 units | 215 Jackson Keller Road
• Birchleaf | 48 units | 202 Birch Leaf Drive
• The Herweck | 34 units | 231 Herweck Drive

Northmarq represented the seller. The buyer was a private investor looking to expand their San Antonio portfolio with a larger transaction.
