Northmarq facilitates sale of 180-unit Summer Creek apartments in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO — Northmarq’s Central Texas Multifamily Investment Sales team completed the sale of Summer Creek apartments, a 180-unit multifamily community located at 11851 Belair Dr. in San Antonio.

The team — led by Bryan VanCura, Moses Siller, Benoit Rochard, Hayden Schnieders, Jordan Vaughn, Will Collier and Leah Eaglin — represented the seller. The buyer was a local San Antonio private investor with a large portfolio across the MSA.
