Northmarq’s San Antonio office brokers sale of Peanut Factory Lofts

SAN ANTONIO (Sept. 19, 2024) — Northmarq’s San Antonio Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Moses Siller, Zar Haro, Bryan VanCura, Phil Grafe, Kevin Garza and Leah Eaglin successfully brokered the sale of a 102-unit multifamily property in San Antonio, Texas. Built in 2014, the Peanut Factory Lofts features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in downtown San Antonio.

Northmarq represented the seller, a private individual and procured the buyer, who is based out of Southern California. The buyer was Cove Capital Investments.

“Peanut Factory Lofts was a historical redevelopment in downtown San Antonio at a point in time when downtown was in much demand of housing,” said VanCura. “The seller did a tremendous job of stewarding this unique asset through their ownership timeline, and our team was able to source an out-of-market buyer who will continue to develop the Peanut Factory Loft’s position in the market.”
