SAN ANTONIO (Sept. 19, 2024) — Northmarq’s San Antonio Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Moses Siller, Zar Haro, Bryan VanCura, Phil Grafe, Kevin Garza and Leah Eaglin successfully brokered the sale of a 102-unit multifamily property in San Antonio, Texas. Built in 2014, the Peanut Factory Lofts features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in downtown San Antonio.

Northmarq represented the seller, a private individual and procured the buyer, who is based out of Southern California. The buyer was Cove Capital Investments.
