SAN ANTONIO (May 1, 2018) – Bryan Leonard, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s San Antonio-based regional office arranged the $61 million loan for Brass Professional Center, a 729,000 sq. ft., 15-building office park located in San Antonio, Texas. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower to refinance existing debt and provide capital for either recapitalizing the property or marketing it for sale over the next few years through its relationship with the lender, Värde Partners, a Minneapolis-based global investment firm.
