Hayden Schnieders

Hayden Schnieders joined Northmarq’s Austin office as a senior associate in 2022. Hayden advises clients on the purchase and sale of value-add multifamily properties in the Austin MSA and surrounding markets. 

Prior to Northmarq, Hayden co-led the Central Texas multifamily team at Matthews Real Estate in Austin. 

Hayden is a licensed real estate sales agent in the state of Texas, and an alumni of the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied economics.
