Connect CRE recognizes three Investment Sales teams as 2026 Top Brokers

MINNEAPOLIS (April 6, 2026) — Three of Northmarq’s Investment Sales team have been recognized as Connect CRE Top Broker Award winners for the Texas, Midwest, and Phoenix & Southwest regions, honoring the team’s exceptional performance and deal execution throughout 2025. The award recognizes leading commercial real estate brokers based on transaction volume and market impact during the prior year.
Texas
In 2025, the Dallas-based team — led by Taylor Snoddy and including Eric Stockley, Charles Hubbard and Campbell Brooks — closed more than $1 billion in multifamily investment sales across the Dallas–Fort Worth market, completing 35 transactions totaling more than 7,000 units.
The recognition marks the second time the team has earned Connect CRE Top Broker honors, having also received the award in 2024.
Notable 2025 transactions include:
- Cottages at Bell Station — 140-unit build-to-rent community in Fort Worth and one of the largest infill build-to-rent developments in the Metroplex.
- Eastgrove Apartment Homes — 656-unit community in Dallas that closed in under 30 days with an all-cash offer.
- Alexi at Willow Bend — 376-unit Class A community in North Dallas that closed in less than three weeks from PSA execution.

Chicago & Midwest
In 2025, the Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team closed $663 million in multifamily investment sales across 33 transactions in seven Midwestern states, making it Northmarq’s highest-producing team last year.
The team includes Parker Stewart, Dominic Martinez, Alex Malzone, Anthony Martinez, Charlie McKee, Jake Lamb, Sean Timmis and Jake Brentz.
Notable 2025 transactions include:
- The Vue and Lakeview Park — 566-unit, two-asset portfolio in Bellevue and Lincoln, Nebraska, that sold for nearly $100 million.
- Valley Lo Towers — 112-unit community in Glenview, Illinois.
- Landing of Clinton — 190-unit luxury community in Clinton, Iowa, which generated 17 offers.

Phoenix & Southwest
Managing Directors Thomas Olivetti and Taylor Sims of Northmarq’s Las Vegas office brought seven deals to closing in 2025, totaling $489.8 million in transaction volume.
This year’s award marks a second straight Connect CRE Top Broker recognition for Olivetti and Sims.
Notable 2025 transactions include:
- Elysian at Post — $121.5 million sale of 384-unit multifamily community.
- Lyric Apartments — 376-unit luxury community in Las Vegas’s Silverado Ranch, that sold for $103.5 million.
