Three Northmarq teams receive Connect Media’s 2024 Top Broker Awards

MINNEAPOLIS (March 28, 2024) — Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales teams of the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southwest have been named among Connect Media’s 2024 Top Brokers. The teams were chosen based on 2023 total dollar volume and total number of transactions.

Mid-Atlantic

The Northmarq Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales team of Chris Doerr, Will Harvey, Shack Stanwick, Ari Azarbarzin, Anthony Pino, Charlie Rimkus, Matt Straughan and Xander Dickson closed 8 deals in 2023, totaling more than $306 million. One notable transaction was that of Jasper Columbia Pike, a mixed-use property with 269 units above 26,993 sq. ft. of fully leased ground floor retail. Read the full story.

The Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team of Parker Stewart, Dominic Martinez and Alex Malzone closed 14 deals in 2023 across Missouri, Illinois and Iowa, totaling more than $395 million. The team’s most notable transaction of 2023 was the sale of Enclave at Winghaven, a 400-unit multifamily property. Read the full story.

Taylor Snoddy and the Northmarq Dallas Investment Sales team of Eric Stockley, Charles Hubbard, Lauren Bresky and Kevin Leamy closed 31 deals in 2023, totaling more than $1 billion. The Dallas team completed the noteworthy sale of LiVE Grandscape, a 345-unit multifamily property part of the Grandscape mixed-use development.
