Dominic Martinez

Dominic Martinez is a managing director of Investment Sales based in Northmarq's St. Louis office where he joined in January 2021. Dominic’s focus and expertise throughout secondary and tertiary markets across the Midwest provides clients the ability to access resources outside of local markets to most successfully execute on their respective business strategies. His role includes the evaluation, advising, marketing and sale of multifamily assets throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Dominic was an associate director at Berkadia’s Kansas City Office, where he completed the sale of over 3,500 units and $300 million in total consideration, comprising of five states across the region. Before his tenure at Berkadia, Dominic worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate within the financial services industry, specifically focused on banking and asset management companies.

Dominic graduated with a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri and is currently a licensed CPA. Dominic was named a 2023 Top Sales Broker by CoStar and received the 2023 Top Broker Award for the Midwest by Connect CRE.
