Connect CRE names Bryce Quezada a Next Gen Award honoree in California
SAN DIEGO (June 24, 2026) — Northmarq’s Bryce Quezada, vice president of Debt + Equity in the firm’s San Diego office, has been named a 2026 Connect CRE Next Generation Awards winner for the California region.
The awards program recognizes outstanding young professionals across the commercial real estate industry who have distinguished themselves through their talent, leadership, innovation and accomplishments, with nominations submitted from across the industry.
In his role, Quezada delivers creative financing solutions across a broad range of capital sources and asset types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, hospitality and self-storage. He has closed more than $700 million in transaction volume, with experience spanning life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, debt funds, banks and credit unions.
“Bryce is quickly climbing the ranks within the next generation of commercial real estate finance professionals,” said Aaron Beck, managing director at Northmarq. “He has demonstrated consistent success originating loans and winning over clients.”
Prior to becoming a producer, Quezada was an investment analyst in Northmarq’s San Diego office, where he supported the underwriting and closing of more than $350 million in transactions across multiple property types. Over his eight years in the industry, he has built his business through a relationship-driven approach while expanding his expertise in alternative capital structures and specialty asset classes during recent market volatility.
In addition to his production role, Quezada is active in Northmarq’s associate development program and mentors analysts and interns. He also participates in NAIOP, the Urban Land Institute and the California Self-Storage Association and serves on the associate board for San Diego State University’s Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate.
