Northmarq’s Investment Sales team leads sale of 199-unit multifamily housing portfolio in Missoula, MT

MISSOULA, Mont. — Northmarq’s Phoenix Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Logan Baca, Trevor Koskovich, Jesse Hudson and Chris Michl successfully completed the sale of a three-property multifamily housing portfolio totaling 199 units in Missoula, Montana.
The property locations included:
- Great Northern | 3320 Great Northern Avenue | 90 units | built in 2003.
- Majestic Drive | 4396 Majestic Drive | 68 units | built in 2024.
- West Spruce Street | 825 W. Spruce Street and 820. W Spruce Street | 41 units and 24,048 sq. ft. commercial space | built in 2009.
Northmarq represented the seller, Maroon Star LLC of Missoula, Montana. The buyer was Evermore Acquisitions LLC based in Denver, Colorado.
"This portfolio was especially meaningful given the seller’s long-term ownership as the original developer of all three properties,” said Baca. “In a challenging capital markets environment, completing a 199-unit, three-property transaction required creativity and persistence, and the buyer’s existing presence and long-term conviction in the Missoula market made them an ideal fit."
The Missoula portfolio features 199 units coupled with 24,048 square feet of commercial space. All three properties boast desired locations within the Missoula area.
