Logan Baca

Logan Baca is a senior associate on Northmarq’s Investment Sales team based in Phoenix. He joined Northmarq in 2019 and has been instrumental in the growth of Northmarq’s investment sales business throughout the Southwest Region. Logan specializes in multifamily investment sales of mid-sized apartments and build-to-rent (BTR) communities. In his time at Northmarq, Logan has been directly involved in the disposition of more than $3 billion of apartment communities across the region. Logan is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
