ST. LOUIS (Nov. 29, 2023) — Northmarq’s Midwest Investment Sales team of Dominic Martinez, Parker Stewart and Alex Malzone have completed the sale of The Lofts at 1 Thousand. The historic loft apartments are situated in the heart of St. Louis at 1000 Washington Avenue. Northmarq represented the seller, a Milwaukee-based private investor. The buyer was a St. Louis-based private investor.
The urban loft-style multifamily property was built in 1889 and converted to apartments in 2003.
