Northmarq’s Cincinnati office secures $9.376 million refinance of a two-property multifamily portfolio
CINCINNATI (Dec. 4, 2023) — Noah Juran, senior vice president and managing director of Northmarq’s Cincinnati Debt + Equity office, has secured the $9.376 million refinance of the Kettering Prime Portfolio which includes Prime W (78 units) and Prime Square (60 units) apartments. Juran secured the permanent fixed rate loan on behalf of the borrower through Northmarq’s in-house Fannie Mae DUS Platform. The transaction was structured on a 10-year term.
Built in 1972 and recently renovated in 2021, Prime W offers large studio apartments with fully equipped kitchens and walk-in closets. The property includes two low-rise buildings in the Dayton MSA.
Prime Square, conveniently located in the heart of Kettering, features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with easy access to major highways, shopping and schools. The three-building property was built in 1970 and renovated in 2022.
