Northmarq arranges sale of 458-unit, 3-property multifamily portfolio in Jefferson City, MO
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Northmarq’s St. Louis Investment Sales team, led by Parker Stewart, Dominic Martinez, Alex Malzone and Charlie McKee, successfully brokered the sale of the deVille Portfolio, a three asset, 458-unit multifamily portfolio in Jefferson City, Missouri.
The portfolio includes three garden apartment communities:
- deVille I: 817-919 Southwest Blvd., Jefferson City, Missouri.
- deVille II: 913 Southwest Blvd., Jefferson City, Missouri.
- Hidden Oaks: 401-405 Clayton Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri.
Northmarq represented the seller, deVille Southwest Properties. The buyer was a local investor.
deVille I offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring updated living spaces, renovated units and convenient access to local dining, entertainment and transportation options.
deVille II, built in 2006, offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, including units with in-unit laundry hookups. The community also provides proximity to schools such as South Elementary School, Thomas Jefferson Middle School and Capital City High School.
Hidden Oaks offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring updated units with in-unit laundry hook-ups, and convenient access to neighborhood conveniences such as Schnuck’s, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Buffalo Wild Wings, and First Watch.
