Rob Kilcrease
Robbie Kilcrease is a managing director in Northmarq's Houston office, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of institutional and entrepreneurial-owned retail assets across Texas. Alongside partners Matt Berry and Drew Reinking, he co-leads the firm's Retail Investment Sales platform in Houston, advising property owners and on the purchase and/or sale of both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail assets.
Robbie began his real estate career as an analyst at HFF (now JLL) and most recently served as a senior vice president at CBRE. Throughout his tenure in the industry, he has consistently ranked among the top producers in transaction volume and retail sales nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in more than 500 retail transactions totaling in excess of $3 billion.
A proud alumnus of Texas Tech University, Robbie was a standout member of the university's baseball program. Prior to commercial real estate, Robbie spent four years as a professional baseball player in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. In his free time, Robbie enjoys quality time with his wife and two daughters, attending live music events, staying active, traveling and playing golf.
