Drew Reinking

Drew Reinking is a managing director in Northmarq’s Houston office. He is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail assets throughout Texas. His market knowledge and financial background help clients evaluate retail investments and pursue strategies that maximize value.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Drew spent eight years at CBRE as a senior vice president on the firm’s Private Client Multi-Tenant Retail Team, working alongside Matt Berry and Robbie Kilcrease. In that role, he specialized in multi-tenant retail acquisitions and dispositions. Before CBRE, he was a partner at a boutique wealth management firm, where he advised clients on complex tax and estate planning matters. That financial foundation continues to shape how he structures transactions and advises clients. Drew has been involved in more than 300 retail transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion.

Drew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He played college basketball at the University of North Texas and at St. Edward’s University.
