Reese Weaver

Reese Weaver is a senior associate on Northmarq's national Student Housing team. Based in New Orleans, Reese focuses on originating new business by cultivating client relationships and identifying new transaction opportunities.

Before joining Northmarq, Reese was part of one of the nation's leading student housing investment sales teams at Newmark. During his tenure there, he was involved in more than $6 billion in student housing transactions spanning investment sales, Debt + Equity. He subsequently served as director of capital markets at Besen Partners, where he continued to develop his capital markets expertise. Earlier in his career, Reese completed an internship with Stonegate Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking and capital markets firm.

Reese holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
