Owen Lippman

Owen Lippman is an associate broker on Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales Student Housing team, based in Washington, D.C. He supports the team’s national transaction efforts through underwriting, market research, database management, and client outreach. His role is designed to provide analytical and operational support across all phases of the investment sales process, with a focus on student housing assets.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Owen interned with Foulger Pratt, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate development firm, where he gained experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and project evaluation.

Owen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in finance from Clemson University in 2024. He also completed the Adventures in CRE Accelerator Program, where he developed practical skills in real estate financial modeling and investment analysis.
