Phillip Kelly

Phillip Kelly is a senior associate in Northmarq’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s National Healthcare Group. He advises investors and owner-operators on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of healthcare real estate nationwide.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Phillip served as vice president of Healthcare Real Estate at Bull Realty, where he focused on healthcare investment sales and advisory assignments for medical office and healthcare properties. Before his tenure at Bull Realty, he worked in Healthcare Capital Markets at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, advising on the acquisition and disposition of healthcare real estate and gaining exposure to institutional and private capital sources, including financing solutions for providers and healthcare organizations.

Earlier in his career, Phillip practiced as an Optometrist (O.D.) in both corporate and private practice. His clinical background provides valuable insight into physician-level and business decision-making — particularly how real estate considerations intersect with patient care, practice ownership, operational planning, and long term provider objectives.

Through ongoing analysis of market trends, provider expansion patterns, and investor activity within the healthcare real estate sector, Phillip serves as a strategic resource to healthcare owners and buyers across the country.

Phillip holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in biomedical sciences from Mississippi College, and a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from the Kentucky College of Optometry.
