Matthew Herman

Matthew Herman serves as an associate vice president on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team in Seattle. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and commercial properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. His market knowledge and creative mindset help drive tremendous value for his clients as they seek to maximize their real estate portfolios. 

Prior to Northmarq, Matthew spent seven years at Marcus & Millichap serving clients in the office and industrial property types. In his first year as a broker, he earned the distinctive Marcus & Millichap Rookie of the Year Award. In his second year, he earned the Rising Star Award, demonstrating his commitment to sharpening his craft and serving his clients at the highest level. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Matthew served as an assistant golf professional at Meridian Valley Country Club in Kent, Washington. 

Matthew is active in both the Commercial Brokers Association and NAIOP. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in music from Washington State University.
