Mack Smith
Mack Smith is an associate on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team. Based in Spokane, Washington, he specializes in the acquisition, and disposition of industrial and office properties in the Pacific and Inland Northwest. With a strong foundation in market research, deal sourcing, and client advisory, Mack leverages his industry expertise to help clients navigate complex real estate transactions and maximize their investment potential.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Mack spent two years as an industrial real estate specialist in Spokane Washington, where he sourced and closed multiple sale and lease transactions. His experience includes extensive market analysis, broker opinion of value (BOV) preparation, and strategic marketing campaigns.
Mack also gained valuable business knowledge and acumen through his role at EB5 Coast to Coast, where he worked for nearly three years, supporting the raising of capital from international investors, for deployment in U.S. domestic real estate development projects. His background in investment fundraising and international marketing provides him with a unique perspective on capital flows and economic drivers within the commercial real estate industry.
Mack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Eastern Washington University. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, staying active in the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
