Jack Bell

Jack Bell is a vice president on Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team based in Seattle. Jack assists owners and developers with creative financing solutions utilizing Northmarq’s life insurance correspondents, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, debt funds, banks and credit unions and other prominent capital sources. 

Prior to his vice president role, Jack spent three years as a senior analyst with Northmarq assisting three producers with underwriting and financial analysis support. Prior to Northmarq, Jack spent two years at JLL as an investment analyst supporting producers up and down the west coast. 

Jack graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in 2017 with a degree in finance.
