Ben Biggers

Ben Biggers is a vice president on Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team based in its Seattle regional office. He assists owners and developers with their financing needs across all property types.

Before moving into production, Ben spent three years as an underwriter with Northmarq performing valuations for transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million. Prior to Northmarq, Ben spent a year working in portfolio management and also had various real estate roles throughout college including residential development and commercial leasing. 

Ben graduated college from Cal Poly in San Louis Obispo with a bachelor of science in economics and a minor in psychology.
