Northmarq’s Jesse Hudson and Midwest team named 2025 GlobeSt. Multifamily Influencers
MINNEAPOLIS (Oct. 14, 2025) — GlobeSt. has honored Northmarq in three categories on the 2025 Influencers in Multifamily list, spotlighting the firm’s impact at every level of the industry.
The recognition includes Regional Managing Director Jesse Hudson in the individual category, the Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team in the team category, and Northmarq’s national platform in the organization category — each honored for their leadership, innovation and contributions to the multifamily sector.
Northmarq’s national platform was recognized for its influence in shaping the multifamily landscape. Since launching its Multifamily Investment Sales division in 2018, the firm has expanded to more than 30 offices and closed over $31 billion in transactions.
In 2024, multifamily represented 65% of Northmarq’s total investment volume. Jesse Hudson
Phoenix-based Jesse Hudson is honored for his dual role as a top-producing broker and strategic leader in the Southwest.
Having begun his career as a junior broker nearly a decade ago, Hudson has quickly risen to become one of Phoenix’s top commercial real estate multifamily brokers through hard work and exceptional performance.
Hudson led the landmark $255 million sale of Del Mar Terrace, a 1,012-unit multifamily community in West Phoenix. The off-market transaction marked the second highest multifamily sale in Arizona history and set a record for the West Valley.
In addition to his brokerage success, Jesse oversees regional operations, mentors support staff and drives collaboration across offices.
Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team
Northmarq’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Parker Stewart and Dominic Martinez, was recognized for its rapid growth and consistent performance. The team includes Alex Malzone, Anthony Martinez, Charlie McKee and Jake Lamb.
Since its founding in 2021, the team has closed more than $2.1 billion in sales across nine states.
In May 2025 alone, the team launched 10 new deals and placed 10 assets under agreement, totaling $460 million. During the month of August, the team closed seven transactions, totaling more than $110 million and over 950 units.
The team is widely praised by clients for its deep expertise in secondary and tertiary markets, where they’ve built strong relationships and consistently delivered results in both challenging and high-demand environments. Known for their ability to navigate complex transactions and cultivate clients’ trust, the team has become a trusted partner for institutional and first-time investors alike.
