Northmarq spotlights ongoing partnership with Project Destined

Northmarq’s Denver office welcomed 10 college students in October as part of our annual Bridge Program in partnership with Project Destined. 

A new video produced by Project Destined highlights the visit and reflects on the impact of the ongoing collaboration.

During the visit, students met with Northmarq leaders to learn about the lifecycle of a deal and gain insights into career paths across the company. They also spent time networking with team members throughout the Denver office. Many shared that the opportunity for in-person connection and seeing Northmarq’s work firsthand made the experience especially meaningful.

The Bridge Program continues to create meaningful talent pathways. Following his participation in the 2025 cohort, student Isaac Ramirez joined the Northmarq Agency team. 

Northmarq has partnered with Project Destined for four years — offering hands-on learning, mentorship and access to professionals across the organization. The program supports students, many from underserved communities, as they prepare for careers in commercial real estate.
