Northmarq builds for the future with coast-to-coast office investments, including its corporate headquarters
Northmarq has invested in updating more than 10 offices across the country over the past 24 months, including its corporate headquarters in Minneapolis.
“This is a symbol of where we are going as a company,” said CEO Jeffrey Weidell. “We’ve grown significantly in recent years, and we’re just getting started.”
The office investments span from Atlanta and Dallas to Salt Lake City, reinforcing Northmarq’s coast-to-coast footprint and ongoing momentum as it expands both geographically and across business lines. Projects have also taken place in Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Nashville, Phoenix, San Francisco, and West Palm Beach.
Designed to create environments where collaboration thrives, each renovation delivers a consistent branded experience for clients and employees alike.
“We want our offices to be communities — spaces that foster communication, chemistry, and connection,” said Chief Administrative Officer Jay Johnson. “Modern, updated facilities don’t just look better — they help teams work better, and they enhance how we show up for our clients.”
“We wanted more spaces where people could meet, innovate, and exchange ideas,” Chief Operating Officer Shawn Power added. “This is about elevating the in-office experience in a way that matches how Northmarq does business — with intention, collaboration, and ambition.”
As Northmarq continues to grow and evolve, future updates will be considered to ensure every space supports high performance and delivers value for clients.
“This isn’t just about aesthetics,” Weidell added. “It’s about creating an environment that matches the caliber of our people and the direction of our firm.”
